VNBUY Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 22, 2025

At VNBUY, customer satisfaction with our original VNBUY is very important to us. We understand that, in certain situations, a return or refund may be necessary. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date, based on the carrier’s tracking information.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, all VNBUY items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be new, unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags and accessories must be attached and intact
  • Items must be returned in the original VNBUY packaging (e.g., shoe box), which must be:
    • Clean and in good condition
    • Not written on, taped, or excessively damaged
    • Placed inside a separate outer shipping box
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee, at VNBUY’s discretion.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase
  • Please email [email protected] immediately with your order number
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 5 hours
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, it must follow the standard return process after delivery

4. How to Request a Return (Authorization Required)

All returns require prior approval.
VNBUY only accepts returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received

Returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.

Steps to Request a Return:

  1. Email [email protected] within the 14-day return window
  2. Include your order number
  3. Clearly explain the reason for return
  4. Attach clear photos of the issue and original packaging

Our support team (available Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST) will review your request.
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirmation of the correct US return address.

⚠️ Important Notice
Do NOT send returns to the original Hong Kong shipping address or any VNBUY office unless instructed. Unauthorized returns sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed.


5. Authorized US Return Address

After receiving your RA number, ship the item(s) to:

  • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • VNBUY is not responsible for returns lost in transit

6. Return Shipping Costs

VNBUY Covers Shipping:

If the return is due to a VNBUY error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), VNBUY will cover reasonable standard return shipping costs to the US return facility. Instructions will be provided after approval.

Customer Responsibility:

Returns for personal reasons (size, preference, or change of mind) are not accepted and therefore not eligible for return shipping coverage.


7. Refund Processing

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection after your return arrives at our US facility
  • You will be notified by email once the inspection is complete
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our error
  • Banks may take 5–10 additional business days to post the refund

8. Exchanges

Due to inventory and logistics between our US support team and Hong Kong fulfillment center, direct exchanges are generally not offered.

Defective / Incorrect Items:

VNBUY will arrange the return at our expense and provide either:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund

Size or Preference Changes:

Customers may return the original item (customer covers shipping) and request a replacement. Replacement shipping occurs after inspection and is subject to availability.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items sent without return authorization (RA number)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
  • Custom-made products
  • Personal care or perishable items (if applicable in future collections)
