Refund policy

At VNBUY, we want you to shop with confidence. Eligible purchases are covered by our 30-day return policy and 1-year limited warranty.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all original parts and accessories
  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@vnbuy.com before sending any item back.

If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return without receiving authorization from VNBUY first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, VNBUY will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include return support, replacement, or refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return resulted from an error by VNBUY.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact support@vnbuy.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible VNBUY products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, cosmetic wear, or discoloration caused by normal use
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation or removal
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications
  • Damage caused by use with an incompatible key or device

Warranty claims may require photos, videos, or other information so that we can evaluate the issue.

Key Fit & Compatibility

Car key shapes and button layouts may vary even between vehicles of the same model or production year.

Before ordering a key cover, please compare your original key with the product compatibility images shown on the product page.

If you order the wrong fit, you may still request a return within the 30-day return period as long as the item remains unused and meets our return conditions.

Exchanges

We do not normally process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible product and place a separate order for the item you want.

If you are unsure which key cover fits your key, please contact us before placing your new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since VNBUY confirmed your refund was approved, please contact support@vnbuy.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vnbuy.com.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

If the order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we may not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Modified or altered products
  • Items missing important parts or accessories
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items specifically marked as Final Sale
