Shipping starts at $7.99 for the first item, plus $3.00 for each additional 0.5 kg of weight. The maximum shipping cost is $46.99.

Final shipping cost may vary depending on product type, order weight, and destination.

Our products are made to order. Production usually takes 4–5 business days. Estimated shipping time is normally 7–14 business days for the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Other countries may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

+ You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order every time! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. You can track your order at this link: Tracking Order

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is after your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this case.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover  via Stripe

Debit Cards:  We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.

PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.

* All Paypal pending orders need 1 more week for verification and processing. We will notify you if your order is on hold.

Because VNBUY products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue, we will gladly review your case and may offer a replacement or refund.

Orders can only be modified within 2 hours after purchase. Because every order is custom-made and requires processing, design preparation, and production scheduling, all cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders already in production, completed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
