Refund & Returns Policy

Because VNBUY products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly review your case and may offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Every order is custom-made and requires administrative processing, payment processing, design preparation, and production scheduling.

All cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation request is submitted.

Refund Amount = Order Value − 10% Cancellation Fee

Orders that have already entered production, have been completed, or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Orders can only be modified, including shipping address changes, within 2 hours after the order is placed. After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Refund or Replacement Eligibility

A refund or replacement may be offered if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item is missing from your order

  • The print quality has a clear production issue, such as blurry or faded printing

  • Your order is not delivered within 60 business days from the order date

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping address or buyer information

  • Spelling, name, date, or personalization mistakes made by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Customer does not like the material, color, size, or style, unless the item is defective

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or digital images

Evidence Required

If your item has an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Unboxing video, if available

If the required evidence is not provided within this time frame, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier, please contact us. We will help investigate the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: VNBUY is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the customer provided the wrong shipping address at checkout.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
