Do You Accept Returns?
Because VNBUY products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged item, defective product, wrong item, missing item, or production error, we will gladly review your case and may offer a replacement or refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy or contact our customer service team for support.
We want your order to be made exactly the way you want it. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order, including size, color, personalization text, names, dates, spelling, and shipping address.
If you have any questions about personalization or product details, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders can only be modified within 2 hours after being placed. Because every order is custom-made and requires administrative processing, payment processing, design preparation, and production scheduling, all cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders that have already entered production, have been completed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
