All items offered by VNBUY are made to order. This means that when you place an order, your item is produced especially for you, one at a time, to ensure the best possible quality.

Shipping Rate

Our shipping rate applies to all available order destinations.

  • Shipping cost starts at $7.99 for the first item

  • An additional $3.00 is charged for each subsequent 0.5 kg of weight

  • Maximum shipping cost: $46.99

Processing & Production Time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding major holidays.

4–5 business days

This is the time required to prepare, customize, and produce your order before shipment. Production time may vary depending on order volume, product type, and the complexity of personalization.

If your order requires personalization, design adjustment, or modification, additional design time may be required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system after the tracking number is issued.

If tracking information is not available immediately, it usually means the carrier has not scanned the package yet. Tracking updates will appear once the parcel is processed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing important details, your order may be delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong location.

VNBUY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

For orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may be required to resend the order.

If you contact the carrier after the order has shipped and request a redirect or address change, VNBUY is not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged.
