Order Tracking, Delivery & Changes

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Because VNBUY products are made to order, orders usually take 4–5 business days to produce and process. In most cases, tracking information will be available within 7–10 days after your order is placed.

Delivery

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or a local courier, depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

For international orders, your local customs office may require additional documents, duties, taxes, or processing time. Customs processing may delay the estimated delivery time.

If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the postal service or courier may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.

How Do I Know If My Package Has Shipped?

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

Once your order has been produced, processed, and is ready to leave our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that receiving a tracking number does not always mean the carrier has already scanned or picked up your package. Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear after the tracking number is created.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Have Not Received It

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check around your mailbox, front door, porch, building entrance, or safe delivery area

• Ask family members, roommates, neighbors, or building staff

• Check with your property manager, apartment office, or local post office

• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a delivery claim

VNBUY will always do our best to help, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are usually reviewed and processed within 24 hours after purchase. Since our products are custom-made, production time is required before shipment.

Production time is typically 4–5 business days, depending on product type, personalization details, and order volume.

International Shipping

VNBUY ships to customers in multiple countries and regions. Product prices on our website are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import taxes, customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or related charges may apply once your order arrives in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. VNBUY is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the customer remains responsible for any related charges.

Cancellation & Changes

If you need to cancel your order or make changes, please contact us immediately at support@vnbuy.comor through Live Chat.

Orders can only be modified, including address changes, within 2 hours after the order is placed. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.

Because every order is custom-made and requires administrative processing, payment processing, design preparation, and production scheduling, all cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Refund Amount = Order Value − 10% Cancellation Fee

Orders that have already entered production, have been completed, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
